INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1
Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
Season the turkey patties with salt and pepper on both sides.
Cook the turkey patties for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and no longer pink in the center. An internal temperature of 74°C (165°F) is recommended for turkey burgers.
During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of Swiss cheese on each patty and allow it to melt.
Step 2
Spread a generous amount of truffle aioli on the bottom halves of the toasted brioche buns.
Place the turkey patties with melted Swiss cheese on top of the aioli.
Add a layer of sautéed mushrooms over the cheese.
Top the mushrooms with caramelized onions.
Finish with a handful of fresh arugula for a peppery touch.
Step 3
Place the top halves of the brioche buns on the burgers.
Serve the burgers immediately while they are warm.
