INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F). Roll out the pre-made Nordicdough pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to your desired thickness.
Step 2
Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the rolled-out pizza dough, leaving a small border for the crust.
Sprinkle half of the shredded mozzarella cheese over the tomato sauce.
Evenly distribute the thinly sliced ham and pineapple chunks over the cheese.
Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese on top of the ham and pineapple.
Finish with a sprinkle of red chili flakes to add a spicy kick.
Step 3
Transfer the assembled pizza to a baking sheet or pizza stone.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly and slightly browned.
Step 4
Remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for a couple of minutes. Garnish with fresh basil leaves if desired. Slice and serve immediately for best results.
Optional Variations:
- For a smokier flavor, use smoked ham instead of regular cooked ham.
