INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1
Prepare the lamb patties:
In a large bowl, season the ground lamb with salt and pepper. Mix well and shape into 4 equal patties.
Step 2
Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat and lightly brush with olive oil.
Grill the lamb patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
During the last minute of grilling, sprinkle crumbled feta cheese on top of each patty to slightly melt.
Step 3
Spread a generous layer of tzatziki sauce on the bottom half of each toasted brioche bun.
Place a grilled lamb patty with feta cheese on top of the tzatziki sauce.
Layer cucumber slices, red onion slices, and two fresh mint leaves on top of the lamb patty.
Step 4
Place the top half of each brioche bun on the assembled ingredients.
Lightly press the burgers together and serve immediately.
