Prosciutto & Fig Pizza

INSTRUCTIONS

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F) and place a pizza stone or baking sheet inside to heat. Roll out the Nordicdough pizza dough to your desired thickness on a floured surface.

Step 2

Spread a thin layer of fig jam over the rolled-out pizza dough, leaving a small border around the edges.

Evenly distribute the fresh mozzarella slices or shreds over the fig jam layer.

Sprinkle the crumbled goat cheese on top of the mozzarella.

Lay the thinly sliced prosciutto pieces across the cheeses.

Drizzle a small amount of olive oil over the assembled pizza.

Step 3

Transfer the assembled pizza to the preheated pizza stone or baking sheet. Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheeses are bubbly and slightly browned.

Step 4

Remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for a minute or two.

Top the pizza with a generous handful of fresh arugula.

Drizzle with balsamic glaze and add freshly ground black pepper to taste.

If desired, garnish with fresh rosemary or thyme for an extra herby flavor.

Step 5
