Total Time: 35 minutes
INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F).
In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the cremini, shiitake, and portobello mushrooms.
Sauté the mushrooms until they are soft and any liquid has evaporated, about 5-7 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Set aside.
Step 2
Roll out the Nordicdough pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
Spread the creamy white sauce evenly over the base of the dough.
Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the white sauce.
Distribute the sautéed mushrooms evenly over the cheese.
Step 3
Transfer the assembled pizza to a preheated pizza stone or baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly and melted.
Step 4
Remove the pizza from the oven. Drizzle the truffle oil over the hot pizza.
Top with fresh arugula just before serving.
Cut into slices and enjoy your gourmet Truffle Mushroom Pizza!
